Order Processing

We operate strictly on a prepaid-only order model to ensure immediate and secure processing. 

Address & Order Verification

To ensure secure and accurate delivery, we verify order details for authenticity. If we have any doubts about the shipping address or contact details provided, our team will reach out to confirm before dispatch. Only orders with a verified phone number and verified address will be shipped.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of successful payment confirmation.

Dispatch

Your order is carefully packed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation. We ship 90% of orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days globally, depending on the destination country and customs processing, with full tracking provided on every order.

Courier Partners

We ship via India Post and other courier/logistics partners, selected based on the delivery country, to ensure the most reliable and efficient service for your region.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address/destination country, along with the weight and size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your payment, so you know the final amount upfront — no hidden charges.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment's journey until it reaches you.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Buyer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and related customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees.
  • Customs Fees: Please check with your local customs authority to determine these costs prior to purchasing.
  • Legal Compliance: We are unable to mark merchandise values below actual price or label international parcels as "gifts."
  • Customs Holds: We cannot be held responsible for delays or items held by your country's customs department.
